The entire Shamrock Marketing team, with Doug’s guidance and participation really epitomizes true partnership in supporting TRIB and the retread industry. Doug’s leadership as President of the TRIB Board of Directors has had a huge impact on the strategic direction of TRIB, our focus on meeting member needs, and our ongoing success. The ways that Shamrock has supported TRIB are long and impactful:
1) driving the creation of and financially supporting the Marvin Bozarth Memorial Scholarship,
2) supporting TRIB’s efforts at the Mid-America Trucking Show with staff time and logistics support,
3) reintroducing the “What Caused This?” feature and providing content support from the Marketing Team,
4) supporting Lobby Day and flying in to meet with politicians to drive support for retread legislation,
5) financially supporting our advertising sponsorship program,
6) pulling us into beneficial meetings and discussions such as BOMEG, ACTN, MRTPMPC, etc.,
7) and lastly, making me feel a part of the team when I’m in Louisville or when our paths cross on the road.
