3 SIMPLE WAYS TO HELP YOUR ENVELOPES LAST LONGER!

1. FITMENT: Not too big, not to small, it’s just right! The right fitment on the tire helps ensure a good cure. It’s easy to get it right with color coding, bar codes, and clear size markings.
2. COOLING TIME: The cold never bothered me anyway! Let your hot envelopes rest between cures, off the tires, and in a way that they “release the heat.” The key is to have 3 sets of envelopes per curing chamber, open flat storage carts, and lots of air movement (big fans)!
3. STORAGE: There’s no maid here, clean up after yourself! Envelopes should be stored off the floor and away from high traffic areas. They should be pancake stacked, flat and sorted by size on open carts with heavy-duty casters.
