There’s never been an instance where I’ve felt the need for improvement. However, I would like to praise our sales representative Stephanie. She is always eager to help with any questions or needs I have, and is never pushy when it comes to sales. She is understanding and kind whenever I’m a bit flustered which is very appreciated when it comes to the daily stresses of running a plant. Even though the sales she makes to us are small she treats us like any other customer and makes us feel valued as customers.
